The Hero isn't a bad little phone. It has Flash support in the browser, which has my interest.

So far my biggest annoyance with the phone is no external speaker on/off button (e.g. on the side of the phone where i'm used to). This compounded by the way one gets to the speaker switch
1) Answer a call
2) Click menu
3) Click virtual button to turn speaker on

Why three clicks (and need look at the virtual keyboard) just to answer a call and get to the speaker?
