Counter-strike ping problem

Hey, lately I've been receiving really bad ping in CS servers. I can surf the web and download normally, but on my servers list, all of my servers are getting 110+ pings. It is NOT the servers, it is me or my connection, but I do not know why. My rates are fine. Heres an example:
I usually ping below 30 in Atlanta servers, now I get around 75, in Dallas servers I usually ping around 50, now i ping 115. This has been happening about half a week now. I have bellsouth DSL, I've talked to them and they say nothing is going on there and that it has to be me. Pleaaase help!

Never saw this post in time to try and help but glad you got it fixed. Do you mind if I ask what you did to get it fixed?
