i just bought a acer aspire AX1300
it has
AMD athlon x2
3 gbs ram DDR2
8200 intergrated NVIDIA GeForce


is there any way i can put a video card in this?

this is my comp
 
is this the laptop or the desktop unit? You usually cannot replace the video graphics card on an Acer laptop, but you can easily replace the one on the desktop.
 
Not so. My reading of the specs is that it is 64 bit, and has both PCI Express X1 and PCI Express X16, based on the site you posted.
 
I have worked on many of these 'slimline' cases, most likely you are limited to half pcb cards.
