Every time I try to finish the first part of the "sea of okhotsk" the game crashes at the loading screen and says windows encountered an error or something. please help me out?

I don't play this game so my ability to help is limited but is the game patched? Also, the game originally only supported Windows XP. Since you are running Vista, have you tried to change the compatibility mode to XP?

the game is patched as in i download a cd-less "crack" if you will. Although this game is completely legit because i've brought the game and i still have the discs and all.

nope the compatibility mode doesn't do anything it still crashes. I've also tried run it in administrator mode, but it's the same thing.

Maybe you should uninstall the game and reinstall without the crack. Perhaps the crack is responsible for problem.
