BIOS flash failure

i download file "61M29306.zip" from techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/12183/
and run this files "WinFlash.exe" to update my bios and my pc reboot but no boot at secend time plz help me
my mainboard is "ECS GeForce6100PM-M2(V2.0)"
 
Unplug the PC. Pull the CMOS battery off the motherboard for a few minutes, then reinstall it and power on the computer...

Sometimes "BIOS flash failure" means that a new motherboard is in your future
