California Resale Certificate
I bought a product, to be more precise this one http://www.techspot.com/news/36216-t...er-rebate.html
and have to fill this order forum to receive my rebate but I don't understand or have any of the following I have marked with red, I understand what tangible means but what personal property. I also don't live in California

That's a certificate that licensed resellers (Owners of businesses licensed by the state board of equalization) have to fill out in order not to have to pay sales tax on items they are planning to resell in their business. It has nothing to do with your rebate and as far as I can tell nothing to do with the item. I would be calling OCZ and/or Zip zoom fly and get it straightened out before the time on the rebate expires. Exactly why I avoid rebate offers. Somehow they always manage to get screwed up or take you for your money.
