Thanks Mr. G, Didou. I'm the one with the stupid grin (hmm). Unfortunately I won't really be "back", the list of things I need to do seems to be endless.

Erik, your room seems remarkably like mine. I think LNCPapa needs some tips on how to keep things "easy to acess" in his room.

I plan to get a car soon too, not a nice one like that, a "classic" Series IIa Land Rover.

Just need to pass the stringent UK practical test now. Did the theory this morning... just passed (woohoo).

Didn't ask....How are you all keeping?

If opening a case full of clothes & just dropping them anywhere in the room can be considered a style, then yes it's the MrG way.

You guys ready for a huge update from me? Pics of my new machine - here they come - btw - I took a bit of mercy and scaled all the pics down to 1024 - they were originally either 2048 or 1600, but little mercy on how many of them there are.

Here's the new laptop:

Frontal view - Can't really read it well with the flash, but gotta love all those network connections

Top view - I'm infested with mice! (One for other laptop and one for fileserver)

This baby can play Q3 @ 1600x1200 with maxed everything - no probs, not even a stutter - fps counter stays at 90.

Might as well take you guys out into my living room.

This pic represents what I have left of my stereo after half of it got stolen - I still cry over the lost parts - they were good to me.

And here's my PS2 and my old CD player

And here are some of my DVDs - the ones that are accessed most often (games included)

Well - that's it for today. Maybe I'll do more later!
