Error code 100000d1 Error

My computer restarted recently. When it restarted, it came up with a message that said your computer recovered from a serious error. Can someone help me figure out why this message came up?

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 b75dfb28, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 b75883c3.

Attached is the only minidump in the folder.

0xD1 errors are usually caused by faulty drivers. In this case your Netgear Wireless Network Card driver WPN311.sys is the cause.

Update your NIC drivers.

If I might add, I also suggest updating your XP to service pack 3.
