How to open Word 2007 autoupdated files?
Hi everyone, so I had heard that there is a way to get into the archived versions of a file that have been saved on autosave in Word 2007. So if I had a document open and wanted to get back to an older version of it, any ideas how if there is a way to do that or not? If so, how?
Thanks!!! |

Word will save its autosave files in C:\Documents and settings\USER\My Documents\word2007AutoRecover
However, wouldn't it be easier to spam undo? Also, I don't think it saves changes done to a document in a different session. The files will be hidden so you must have View Hidden Files and Folders on in my computer options-> view. |
