Vista won't update with KB959209 x86

I have vista home premium and it won't update with kb959209 x86 microsoft net framework 3.5 family update. error 80070645.

Any help would be appreciated.

Go to your Add/Remove and see if you can delete said KB959209 x86 and reinstall.

I've tried to remove KB959209x86 but it does'nt go away.

I note that somebody on the yahoo forum has the same problem is it something to do with Toshiba.

Any other suggestions?
