Seagate and 400GB Hard Drives
Do we have 400GB HDD yet? Well, we will certainly have to if I am to build my multi-terrabyte raid 5 array some time soon, just so I can run Longhorn...
"The new line is led by the Barracuda 7200.8 series, a new generation of Seagate's popular desktop PC hard disk family with capacities up to 400GB, up to 16MB of buffer memory, and a choice of Ultra ATA or the first native Serial ATA interface with native command queuing." I know what I will be asking Santa Claus for! More here. |
