Dell Inspiron Problem
Hi everyone
I'm new to this board and I am experiencing a software problem with my Dell laptop. There is nothing wrong with the laptop as all the relevant tests have been run. My emails locked up and then it took me to a screen asking me to run recovery or start windows normally, I tried both to no avail, it kept taking me back to the same screen after running the test. I tried to reinstall windows and I am now getting a message that says "A disc read error occurred, press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart” I press said keys and it just returns to the same message time and time again. Does anyone have any ideas that I could try to resolve this issue? Many thanks Julie |
