Recommendations on HDMI-capable Mobo, PSU

Hello fellow techspot users.
I need some recommendation from users from have some backbone knowledge or experience about this kind of related question.

I am looking for a motherboard (perfer possibly with a integrated HDMI) that can handle a payload for my

AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6400+ that feeds off 125watts.
I also got a few sticks of 1GB 800mhz 6400 RAM.
9600GT graphics card.

I am Also looking for a **quiet** and good brand Power Supply Unit.

nothing too exaggerated or/and expensive.
but you can list your thoughts and opinions/product/brand names please.
Thank you everyone.

Consider Seasonic, FSP Group, Corsair, OCZ, and PC Power and Cooling among your power supply choices.
Do some reading on Gigabyte, MSI, and ASUS boards.... Look at reviews at such sites as Newegg.com, Toms Hardware, and others you will find with a Google search. Do searches here on TechSpot for the boards you find mentioned, as there are some good discussions already posted on good AMD boards.
By having already chosen your graphics card and memory, it is more difficult to post model numbers without doing the research ourselves... and you will benefit from what you learn from the work already done by others.

The ASUS M3A78-EM is an HDMI capable mobo that will support your processor.

For an inexpensive but stellar PSU you could look into the Corsair 400CX.

Just wondering, isn't your 9600GT capable of HDMI?
