New Laptop/Vista WiFi to Netgear router WGR614v7 problem

I have a home network with an XP 64, and Linux SUSE 11.1 64 bit, hard wired to a Netgear WGR614v7 router connected to Clearwire wireless modem. I've connected to the network with an old laptop with Cisco wifi card. I had minimum problems connecting with the early wifi.

I just bought a new laptop with Vista, soon to be Win 7 I hope. When I try and connect to the network with wifi, I get limited access. I'm running WEP, authentication - automatic, 128 bit, and have typed the same "passphrase" more than once on both the router and in Vista. I'm not familar with WEP, and Vista. The problem seems to be in Vista authenticating the passphrase. If I could clear the network setup in Vista that would be a good start.
