Starcraft 1 CD key lost

I have lost the sleeve that has the cd key for my Starcraft 1 game,
Ive been on the Blizzard site and they want me to send either the game box or the actual cd to them for a replacement key, I find this somewhat annoying since im in australia and they're state side.

Any other options people ?

If the game is still installed, you could try this procedure I found elsewhere: http://www.overclock.net/pc-games/37...-registry.html

Hopefully, it's not encrypted.

If the game isn't installed still, I have no other option.

For future reference, I don't know if this works for starcraft, nor do I think so.
However, there are some pretty simple easy to use CD-Key grabbers that will work if you have the game installed.
And if you play on LAN, or only single player and not Bnet (I believe iccup will also work), you don't need a valid CD-Key, allowing blatantly obvious keys and invalid keys easily found on google to work fine for single player.

For even more future referrence there are many very easy to use cd key grabbers that allow you to look at your installed cd key, Iv done this so I know it works. If you have a battlenet account you can save all your cd keys on blizzards website.
