Stop:0x0000000A (0xFF1701F0,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x804D9B64)

I have an old laptop I just plugged in. It runs fine for a few minutes and then gives the above error.

I reinstalled windows, XP SP2, and after awhile I got the same message. I was told that it might be a motherboard issue.

I have included the minidumps.
Can anyone tell me what this is?

All Minidumps point to: w22n51.sys is a driver for the Intel Pro/wireless LAN Adapter
You need to update your drivers from your Manufacture Support site (Dell? HP? Some other brand?)
By the way, DriverMax also faulted, I'd uninstall that one

And here's another hint. Update to SP3

Thanks for the tip. I'll get rid of drivermax, and look up the new devices. Maybe then I can get on long enough to update to SP3!
