Motorola Droid vs. HTS Droid Eris
Anyone have any opinions on these phones? I am about to upgrade on my Verizon account.

they are both great phones i love HTC phones and the way they look but man i like a real key board and the moto droid already has droid 2.0 if it were me i would probably get the moto over the HTC but there both great phones.

wound up getting the moto droid. Wonderful phone. Software has some bugs, like the volume drop out bug where all sound levels get reduced (even at max setting) - requires a soft reboot to fix. But the apps available are awesome and overall, I have been pretty pleased. The keyboard is a little hard to use, but much better than using the virtual keyboard. So far, so good.
