Hey everyone, the problem is whenever I run mw2 shortly after the intro video, it just crashes. Like, it'll show the loading bar at the bottom of the screen and the second it gets full the game crashes with no error messages or anything. I've tried setting my resolution to 1280x780, run in safe mode and compatibility mode to no avail.

im running windows 7 final (home premium 64-bit)
memory: 8gb ddr3
cpu: core 2 quad @ 2.33ghz
GPU: ati radeon 4650 1gb hd

i checked systemrequirementslab and it completely meets minimum system requirements, my pc can easily handle this game according to canyourunit and i already have modern warfare 1 which still works fine.

anyone know how to fix this?

what patch?

Nearly all major games come out with one or more game patches after they have been out for awhile. Do a google search for Modern Warfare 2 patch.
