hello im new here i have a sony vaio computer running vista 64 bit version now recently whenever i try to run msn messenger i get an error and it gives me a code the code is (0xc0000022) i do not know wat this means but for some reason it has caused my computer to randomly freeze up and i have to shut it down and turn it back on if any1 can help me with this situation it would be greatly apreciated thank you

You could run the Windows System File checker: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Start > Run > SFC /ScanNow

Or you could run this in Safe Mode Administrator Command prompt:

CACLS %systemroot%\System32\*.dll /E /G BUILTIN\Users:R
CACLS %systemroot%\System32\*.ocx /E /G BUILTIN\Users:R

Then restart

I'd really like to know if it worked or not (good point, I'm unsure at this point)
