Thats a 16 bit game made for Windows 3.0 and Win 95. It wont run on Vista or Windows 7. Vista and Win 7 will only run 32 bit programs. I ran into the same problem when building my nieces computer. I had to set it up to dual boot Windows 98 and XP in order to run her older games. You'll run into this problem with most programs made before 1998.

If i'm not mistaken, I think it's just that a the makers decided not to put the program in that deciphered the game. Do you know of anywhere I can download that program?
