What happens with Norton when I upgrade from Vista to Win7?

So, what will happen with Norton when I upgrade from Vista to Win7..?

Will it still work? -do I have to Activate it again?

----

Or would it be better to just do a clean install of everything?

----

Can't find the right answers on Norton.com...don't tell me that Norton sucks, I know it.

When you upgrade everything will be gone, including the dreaded Norton
Windows 7 is always best for a clean install "upgrade", you do realize this is an entirely new Operating System, the whole thing

Oh: I prefer free Avira Antivirus
