Stop: 0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0x804D9A69, 0xF9D0867C, 0Xf9D08378) error

Ok, so previously I was getting a 'Stop:0x0000000A (0xFF1701F0,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x804D9B64) and was told that it was indeed drivers.
I reinstalled windows upgraded to XP sp3, and loaded all the current drivers. It crashed again and gave me the same error message. Once when I was looking it up online I saw it mentioned that sometimes it means the motherboard needs replaced. I decided this must be one of those times. So I picked up a motherboard.
I just finished installing it and now it gives me a stop: 0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0x804D9A69, 0xF9D0867C, 0Xf9D08378) error on bootup.

I can't access the dump files. Can anyone help?

How to troubleshoot a Stop 0x0000007E error in Windows XP?
Visit http://support.microsoft.com/kb/330182

The computer BIOS might be incompatible with Windows XP, or it might have to be updated.
The video adapter drivers might be incompatible with Windows XP.
A device driver or a system service might be damaged.
If the issue is associated with the Win32k.sys file, it might be caused by a third-party remote control program.

Did you load Norton antivirus or have an external western digital hard drive with retrospect software?
