Toshiba laptop won't recover
I'm trying to do a recover to "out-of-box state" on a Toshiba laptop, but it gets an error at about 9-10% every time. Any ideas? I already erased the whole hard drive with the disc because that was all I could do. I was wondering if I could reset the mobo (taking the battery out), but wanted to try here before I took it apart.
Got it, I just installed an old windows '98 version and it must have restored the file it needed and the recover disc went smooth. Last edited by ericcothran; 11-25-2009 at 09:02 PM.. |
