Completed the 8 steps ! help

Hi all

I completed the 8 steps and im still getting redirected by google searches...

Also, everytime i startup my computer i have a message like "mnlez.exe is trying to access your computer" and i have to keep pushing cancel until 3 more popups finally disappear.

also when i start internet explorer a popup opens saying

"A program on your computer has corrupted your default search provider setting for Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer has reset this setting to your original search provider, Google Search (www.google.com)

Internet Explorer will now open Search Settings, where you can change this setting or install more search providers"

i push ok.. then it shows google search, default
and i cant disable it!

anyways here are the attached logs

i ran super anti spyware and nothing came up.

any help would be greatly appreciated

You have:
AVG9
Spyware Doctor
Symantec
SUPERAntiSpyware (this one we got you to install though )

And none of them helped !

The only one that has helped is Malwarebytes, and even that you have forgotten to remove found malwares)
-> No action taken on MBAM scan, for found issues
Quote:
Download and Run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to:
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. <========= Not Done
Please re-run Malwarebytes
Confirm updated (third tab)
Then do the above quoted message, but this time "Remove all found issues"

Regarding all the other programs you have installed, I'd recommend uninstalling all of them
The running the Norton Removal tool: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/englis...moval_Tool.exe
Then running the AVG Remover: http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/supp...remover_en.exe (after you uninstall first)

Then download and install Free Avira Antivirus: http://www.free-av.com/
Install/Update/ Run a full scan
Then Restart

Then provide a new HJT log

I'd say you will be much better off
