Other computer turns on then shows black screen with err1 err3

What are the error messages? Do they appear after POST? Are you getting at the Log-on screen before it crashes?

when you turn it on very fast hp letters then it goes black then all u have is a black screen with err1 err3 there was a question and fix on here but its closed so i cant read thr fix
