I have a daily driver 1988 Civic Station Wagon that I drive back and forth to my clients, and then I have my "Baby": a 1990 Honda CR-X SiR that I imported to Canada from Japan. She is right-hand-drive, with a 160HP 1.6L engine -- nothing fancy, but enough to be fun without getting me into too much trouble hehe. I am in the process of restoring her.

My fiance just picked up a 2000 CR-V. Her 1999 was totalled in August when some guy rear ended her so hard it made a "CRV Sandwich". Luckily everyone was ok. And she also has an '82 Toyota pickup that has been in her family since new (only has about 90,000km's on it too!)

Due to a mistake I made last night, my truck managed to total itself. I backed into my garage and apparently didn't put it in gear (standard trans) or put the parking break on. Left the garage door opened. A few minutes later I go out to the garage and no more truck, it rolled 478 feet down a hill and hit a big ditch with a vertical wall, probably hit at 25-30mph. Completely destroyed. I think thats about all I'll say on it until insurance claim goes through.

Needless to say, I'm in the market for a small car that gets good gas mileage and isn't a hatchback (Unless its a VW GTI, but those are out of my price range).
Well, figured its time to liven this thread up a bit.

Story behind that in the quote above.

Currently driving a 2002 Honda Civic LX. Gets pretty good gas mileage (I've gotten anywhere from 31.5 to 37.5 mpg on a tank). My only complaints are it doesn't look real good, I mean it looks great for a Civic LX (its in perfect condition), but its an LX...

Also, ravi2sunny, I don't think your reply was meant to be a kick in the chops, which is why I didn't respond to it. Hopefully I'm correct.

I had a 99 Civic Si, was probably the funnest car I ever owned. Bought it with 11k miles and sold it with over 170k miles, never really had any problems other than replacing the clutch. Got rid of it 2 years ago because children and still miss it very much. Kids seats wouldn't fit

Since then I bought a 2001 C240 Benz which I still have and a 2004 Toyota Tacoma pickup which I still have
