Motherboard upgrade, no video signal?

Hey everyone, having trouble with a new upgrade..here are my system spec's

New board upgrade
GIGABYTE GA-MA790X
AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition Callisto
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2
XFX PV-T96G-YHF GeForce 9600 GT 512MB
Rosewill RP550-2 550W
Antec Three Hundred Illusion

Appears to be power to board and video card...all fans power on including cpu.
But no video signal..any idea on where to start next..
No onboard video with this motherboard.

System specs
check your cabling. you should have at least basic video on POST. (even without drivers)

Ensure the video card has power. (or sufficient power)

System specs
Do you have a motherboard speaker? Any beeps when you power the system up? Ensure that your RAM modules are slotted in correctly (starting from the first slot).
