Computer issues, performed 8-steps
Hello! I'm trying to help my brother who recently received a computer from a friend and I believe it has malware/viruses on it because the computer is running slowing and I can't get the windows updates or hp total care updates to work.
I have included the logs from the 8 steps. However, I can't complete the SuperAntiSpyware Home Edition Free Version download. The download starts...goes through the whole process and then when it says finalizing it just disappears. I wait and nothing happens....frustrating! Could you please check the logs that I do have and see if anything looks bad? Any help would be appreciated! The computer currently has CA Sercurity for firewall and antivirus. Thanks!! |
