In not the kindest review of the new Spider-Man 2 game, Wired call the game "lackluster" and describe it as having "annoying programming errors" and suffering from "bland repetition"... can we say, yet another bad game conversion wanting to take advantage of movie's momentum.

"Unlike Grand Theft Auto 3's Liberty City, Spider-Man's Manhattan feels pretty much the same everywhere, give or take a few landmarks like Central Park and the Statue of Liberty. The incidental voices have only a smattering of different lines, and running through the crowds, you're likely to hear a surreal chorus of men and women declaring, "Hey, I'm walkin' here," one after the other."
