Can someone figure out this minidump for me?

Been getting random bsods everyday or so.
I've been thru MEMCHECK stressing for 12 hours
Prime95 for 12 hours
and Graphics Stressing for 4 hours or so. I'm not seeing hardware faulting.
If anyone can help me figure this out I'd really apreciate it.


Q9550 running at 3.75ghz
8gbs of ram.
4850x2

Not many members can digest minidumps. Another member suggested a freeware utility for this - from cnet download

Events logs is another place to look for errors preceding crashes.

I downloaded it and found my bug in 2 min..... It turns out to be my 56k modem. I turned it off for good cuz I don't need it but I guess it's just the driver that needs to be replaced..
