Microsoft Getting More Scroogey
There's evidence of a penny pinching Microsoft now and in the future in their planned cost cuts which amount to something like $1 Billion in 2005 alone.

That isn't there fault. Obviously they didnt go to a lawyer and say "This company here has a problem with us, let's finance their argument with a lawsuit against us". Hah. :-P
