Frequent BSOD and crashes

Hello, I'm having problems with my computer and I can't seem to fix them. My pc gets BSOD alot and in all aplications. Browsing, gaming all type of things and games sometimes crash but only the games. From this I suspected the problem was from my graphic card which is an Ati Radeon HD 4850 1gb. I tried unninstalling and installing new drivers but nothing changed. Then I managed to read the crash dump and it pointed out tcpip.sys as the error. I read other threads about this and I tried unninstalling and installing the ethernet controler. Still the same problems. I did memorycheck and everythings fine with the ram. I don't know what to do anymore so I was hoping someone could help or guide me to a possible solution. I'm attaching some crashdumps maybe someone can find more info about my problem.
