Clean inside my rig?

Can anyone recommend which is the best compressed air in a can to remove dust build up inside my rig and where i can purchase the cans from?

Any can will do the job.
You should be able to pick one up at a local office supply like Office Depot.
The more often you do it, the easier/quicker it will be.
If you have access to an Air Compressor, it will also do the job as long as you control the air pressure.
