Windows is stuck in a loop

I have a Windows XP Home PC that when you try to log on it will say loading settings and then it will go to logging off and saving settings. It will never let you log on.
 
Hi

usual cause is a faulty profile, you can try safe mode and logon as administrator and then create a new profile.
 
omg i have this problem and i need help asap.. my problem is here is in this same section called Windows XP wont go past windows screen
