Windows blue screens at splash screen, need data before wipe

I had windows xp running today, virus, malware and everything else you can think of and before it started doing what the title says.

Now it loads past post and goes to the F8 screen automatically and I can pick any of the options, safe, whatever and it just blue screens for a split second and returns back in this constant circle... I need to get the pictures off this system before I clean install, please help.
