Dell Latitude s610 alps touchpad driver

i have a dell lattitude s610 A10 bios with a alps touch pad
dell.com support downloads only offers a driver for the A06 bios
tap on touch pad stops working after a while
reboot and its ok for a while???
any ideas free:approve:
 
in addition
CPU fan working
put new thermal paste (grey) after cleaning gently
i believe i updated bios through f12 dont remember
did the same thing with bios A06
tried to update driver through device manager
it said the driver was good
help
