Windows 7 on startup crash (BSOD)

Hello,

a few days ago i built my custom computer (thus all the hardware and software installed is new), and now when i start/restart it it *most of the time* passes boot up goes to the widnows welcome screen and just before it logs me in it crashes and shows the BSOD, with (till now) three different errors:

(i have copied these from the log after windows starts)

and there is also a third error for which i have not copied this info, in BSOD it says something like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

the wierd part is that after many tries the computer boots up just fine...like now -- runs perfectly and is not crashing or showing any problems at all. Sometimes it goes in after a couple of tries and other times i have to wait for hours for it to boot nicely.
Also, safemode always works....
I have tested the RAM by taking out the chips, it didn't work, which led me to conclude it is not RAM which is causing the problem....

The computer is:
790XTA gigabyte motherboard
w/ AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor 3.2 GHZ
geforce gt240 1GB graphics card
and 8 GB DDR3 ram

A few things. First post your five most recent minidumps:

How to find your Minidump Files:

My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files.

It is these files that we need (not the folder). Attach to your next post the five most recent dumps. Notice the Manage Attachments button at the bottom when you go to post the next time. You can Zip up to five files per Zip. Please do us a favor and don’t Zip each one individually.


Second, run Memtest on your memory. This is free and completely safe.
See the link below and follow the instructions. There is a newer version than what is listed but either one should work. If you need to see what the Memtest screen looks like go to reply #21. The third screen is the Memtest screen.

Let it run for a LONG time. The rule is a minimum of 7 Passes; the more Passes after 7 so much the better. There are 8 individual tests per Pass. Many people will start this test before going to bed and check it the next day.

If you have errors you have corrupted memory and it needs to be replaced.

Also, with errors you need to run this test per stick of RAM. Take out one and run the test. Then take that one out and put the other in and run the test. If you start getting errors before 7 Passes you know that stick is corrupted and you don’t need to run the test any further on that stick.

Third, check the voltage setting of your RAM in the BIOS and compare it to the voltage parameters as designed by the memory manufacture's.

I also have similar issue but the BSOD shows up when I leave the computer for a while. The computer has no issue booting up and no issue while being used. It seems like when it goes to sleep that's when it crashes. Attached are the mini dumps. The spec of the PC is as follows:
