PC Randomly Reboots

PC randomly reboots, checked fans, PSU fan failed, replaced PSU, no change. Replaced HD, cloned OS, apps and data, no change. Now replacing memory but considering failing CPU. Found thread on TS about System Log, checked that and found Event Code 1001, "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck." Checking the M$ website has been useless.

Doing nothing special when it reboots, often happens while I am at work and I come home to see it has rebooted. Downloaded and ran M$ memry diagnostic, found some bad RAM. Replaced both, needed to expand anyway, haven't had problems since (yet).
