What version of Windows 7 to use for gaming

pc-specs
psu 700w
mobo ecs kn3sli2
amdx2 6000+
graphics g/bliss 8800gt 512 sli
hd sata western digital 500gb and wd 320gb
dvd rw X2
memory crucial ballstix 4x1gb
not over clocked

I would like to know what versin of windows 7 to use for best results in gaming.
I have home premium 32 bit genuine.
currently using 7 ultimate 64 bit with the hard drives in a raid spanning setup.
I just think that the ultimate might be to much for gaming as the pc does not get used for anything apart from movies and games.
I built this pc over a year ago.

The version doesnt matter so much, you just want to make sure its 64 bit of w/e version you're using so you can use more than 3gbs of ram.

I agree, the version really won't matter much at all (other then 64 bit). If you are really concerned with OS memory or processor usage take a look at this link for what services you can safely disable:
