Dell laptop with keys that don't work

I have a Dell laptop at work, I'll have to look up the specific model, that runs on vista home premium. Yesterday, the "i", "j", "k", "m", and space bar stopped working. Any thoughts on what may be wrong or how to fix it??

Assuming the keyboard itself is busted, it's probably an easy fix. New laptop keyboards run around $20 on eBay and are simple to swap out. Find a service manual for your model and it should have all the directions you need.

i think its just problem in function[Fn] keys.
are you check it using press Fn+num lock key.?

My brother got a dell netbook and for some reason all of the homerow keys were broken..
