No power to the psu fan..no bios...nothing but a green standby light on the mobo

Hi

I have tried everything several thing to get my MOBO powered up ..Right now there is only a green light ..i have tried to switching the PSU .I have tried crossing the pinns with a screw driver and nothing
what else ?

the MOBO is a P4P800 se

please help

System specs
Try assembling the motherboard outside the case to see if it will boot then

did that ..

I took the mobo out of the case used another psu and also crossed the pinns with a flat screw driver but the only things thats works is the green light
