Blue screen, Error ***STOP: 0x00000050(0x9F59008, 0X00000000, 0X8F9CBB85, 0X00000002)

Hello, i have a laptop Toshiba Satellite A300, that runs a windows vista home premium, and i started to get a blue screen error when i turn on my computer, the error technical information is ***stop: 0x00000050 (0x9F59008, 0X00000000, 0X8F9CBB85, 0X00000002), and i cant do nothing, i even tried to install another windows, windows 7, but i cant, because it doesnt pass the screen, cant enter safe mode, absolutely nothing!

I need help, please help me!!

Maybe is the hard disk.

With SATA - USB adapter install your hd in other computer via usb.

run CKDISK or Errors Fix or any tool for exam Clusters and sectos in your disk.

Hard drive or memory... If you can't get into the Operating System you can't check the hard drive. You may have to take the computer in for service
