BSOD.BSOD Toshiba A10 Laptop
after a BSOD during a large number of e-mail downloads ,a blank screen ,no operating system,nothing. laptop will not boot into o/s but will go to command prompt. when using command prompt the end of the line message is there is no fixed disk, hey I have just been using the o/s , so it is there !!! o/s is/was windows xp.command prompt can only be accessed using a win 98 boot disk, ? strange. another error message i should mention is that fdisk and format are not allowed on drive c. help please.
