T5750 upgrade

hi, i have a acer aspire 5920, i was hoping to upgrade the cpu. the one it come with is a t5750. can any one inform me on what i can upgrade to and how easy it would be.
the laptop is getting hot and running very slow at times.

This may indicate a serious condition that needs to be investigated before thinking of changing the CPU. If the laptop's motherboard will accept an CPU upgrade, the ACER support website should give you that info

Over-worked no... Over-clocked maybe. Are the CPU air intake ports clean?

Over-clocked maybe

Probably not either.
Usually the harddrive would be more likely the culprit, that or viruses and such.
