Aida 32 is tellimg me that I have now 1024 DDR SDRAM but the people that I am buying want to know whether is 133 or anything else, how do I find out and where do I look. without having to open up my computer.

CPU-Z will give you detailed info about what's installed, the speed, free slots, etc.
