Memory supported by Dell Optiplex GX150?

I want to add more memory to my Dell Optiplex GX150 I know what Dell says it will support but what will it really support? please help
 
Open the PC and see what's currently installed, purchase the same type and speed.

You can also use something like CPU-Z to show exactly what's installed and how many slots are free.
