Is the GeForce GTS250 compatible with a DDR2 board and PCIe slot?

I plan to upgrade my video card from geforce 9500GT to geforece GTS250.. my mother board model is gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2P..
 
i Have enough watts power...

so it means that my motherboard would accept video card like sddr3,gdd3...
 
Any board with a PCI-e slot will accept any PCI-e graphics card.

PSU needs to have a 6 pin lead that you can plug into the graphics card. Minimum watts = 450.
