Ntkrnlpa.exe nightmare

Hi all,

really hope you guys can help. Ever since I changed from XP to Windows 7 I have been getting BSOD's for months, sometimes at a rate of 2-3 per day.

Here's all the info I can think of that might help

I've replaced my RAM added an extra fan CORE temp 51-57.46-49,51-56,44-50
Even changed to an Omega Driver for my Nvidia card,

Can be playing a game or simply cruising the internet and I get a BSOD.
