Windows 7 BSOD c1 - restarts after 30 minutes each time

Hi..
I recently bought core i7 870 with Windows 7 ultimate X64.
Nvidia 8400 GS card and 2 GB RAM.

since two days I am getting a Blue screen errors describing

On the top of blue screen it says "Bad pooler Memory - corrution" something like this.

Is it the issue with my RAM ? And how to get rid of it ??

Both errors are 0xC1 and these are always caused by a bad driver. The problem is both dumps only cite a Windows OS driver and these are very poor for diagnostic purposes. They tell us that there is a problem without saying what it specifically is.

When do you get the BSODs?
 
Few hours ago i had continues 4-5 BSOD in an interval of 30 minutes ..
yesterday i had 2-3 BSOD's within 4 hours of same error code.
But currently its been more than 4 hours im on my comp and still running smoothly.

Cant really guess the timings.. it just happens anytime..

Isnt there any solution for those ??
 
I suggest running Memtest on your RAM for a minimum of 7 Passes and the more Passes after 7 the better unless you start getting errors before that. Any errors and you have corrupted memory that needs to be replaced.

Just finished my memtest.. took 9 passes and got Zero errors. All passes were clean.
now,I guess it means my RAM is fine (?)
Now, what is really causing BSOD c1? any other cure for it ??
 
Okay, have you updated your video card drivers. The 8400GS is an older card and since you are running 7-64 there is a possibility this might be the issue.

Any more BSODs? If so attach the latest dumps in your next post.
 
No BSOD after that.

But I had a huge problem with Nvidia Drivers.. Last time when i installed it (Downloaded the latest Win 7 64 Version), i used to get Bccode 109 again & again ...
SO i uninstalled the drivers and deleted all remaining Nvidia data. & from then my PC never had any 109 Bccode .

Even after formatting my machine, I installed Nvidia Drivers & BAmm !! ... Bccode 0X109 again & again.
(Sorry No .dmp available of 0X109.)

Currenly i dont have any Video card drivers installed, & as a results some applications works very slowly.

Isnt there any other universal Video drivers which i can run on my PC ?
 
I had used the

& No luck.

But few hours ago, as my graphic card is made through a third party co. called Biostar
I downloaded the latest verison of biostar 8400GS , since then no BSOD issues
But .. performance issue is there. Applications loads very slowly and affects the speed while multitasking.

Driver details are

Third party drivers can create such issues. Try an Nvidia driver version that is earlier than 258.96. Perhaps the following steps might help:

1. Download Driver Cleaner Pro or Driver Sweeper (both have free versions; make sure the version will work with your OS) to your desktop screen and install.

2. Download the latest diver(s) for your video card but don't install them.

3. Uninstall your video card drivers and reboot your PC into Safe Mode. Run Driver Cleaner Pro or Driver Sweeper but ONLY for the video card drivers. I had someone use it on their chipset drivers! If it doesn't find any video card drivers that is quite okay.

4. Reboot and install new video card drivers.
 
did the same thing and installed the new video drivers again ..
working fine till now..
if any BSOD occurs ill let you know,..
