- Please tell us more about your computer, (Make, Model, Operating System, etc).
- Please tell us what was being done last time the computer was working.
- What has changed since?
- Have you experienced any power failures, for example?
- Added hardware?
- Are you getting any Beep Codes?
- Can you enter BIOS / System Configuration?

- Which of these have been explored, and with what results?
